R. L. (Bob) TOMLINSON. Bob is a retired Captain from the Jacksonville Fire Department. He joined the Department in 1965. Assigned as a trainer at Jacksonville’s Fire Academy in 1976 he has been training emergency responders ever since. Concurrently for 12 years he was in charge of emergency planning for the Department. Retiring in 1992 with 26 years of service, he established Safety America Inc., training emergency responders and hazardous waste site workers. These days, he enjoys retirement and serves in a consulting capacity on all training.
CHERINE PRITCHARD Cherine is President of Safety America, Inc. Having eighteen years experience in Construction Site Safety & Management, she oversees and conducts all training courses offered by Safety America. She is also the Office Manager and is responsible for all administrative details of the company to include student registrations, invoicing, sending certificates, etc. When you either attend one of our courses or communicate with Safety America by phone or e-mail, she will be your contact.
Other instructors utilized would include: Pam Fellabaum: Pam is an inspector trainer for Florida Department of Environmental Protection. She teaches EPA regulations for management of hazardous waste (RCRA).
